Awesome Creative Group, LLC provides social media management services that include but are not limited to:
- Social media strategy development
- Social media content creation
- Social media posting and scheduling
- Social media community management
- Social media advertising management
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
As a client of Awesome Creative Group, LLC, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about your business, products or services, and target audience
- Providing access to all necessary social media accounts and platforms
- Providing feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all content provided to Awesome Creative Group, LLC complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and privacy laws
- FEES AND PAYMENT
The fees for Awesome Creative Group, LLC’s social media management services are based on the scope of work and will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any services. Payment for services must be made in advance of the work being undertaken. Failure to make payment on time may result in the suspension of services until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable.
- TERM AND TERMINATION
The term of these terms and conditions will commence upon the date of acceptance and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate these terms and conditions at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
- CONFIDENTIALITY
Awesome Creative Group, LLC will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including but not limited to business plans, strategies, and financial information. We will not disclose any client information to any third party without the client’s prior written consent.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content created by Awesome Creative Group, LLC as part of the social media management services, including but not limited to text, images, and graphics, shall remain the property of Awesome Creative Group, LLC. The client will have the right to use the content for the purpose of promoting their business on social media platforms during the term of these terms and conditions.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Awesome Creative Group, LLC shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the social media management services provided by Awesome Creative Group, LLC.
- GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions between the parties.
- MODIFICATIONS
Awesome Creative Group, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
